Your data, your request.

Email info@eclipticcreative.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" to request deletion. You may use the same address to request access or correction. If a particular business contacted you, you may also send the request directly to that business. It may be the organization responsible for deciding how your information is used.

Include enough information for us to locate the relevant records:

• your name;
• the email address or phone number that received the communication;
• the business or campaign involved, if known;
• whether you want access, correction, deletion, or an outreach stop; and
• the approximate date of the communication.

We will acknowledge the request and may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity and protect the account from unauthorized requests. We will coordinate with the responsible workspace when its involvement is required and respond within applicable legal timeframes.

Subject to applicable obligations, deletion may cover:

• contact profile information;
• campaign enrollment and personalization data;
• message and conversation content;
• delivery and provider identifiers; and
• workspace account information when the account is no longer required.

Some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.

We may also retain a minimal suppression record containing an email address or phone number so that an opt-out remains effective. That record is used to prevent future outreach, not to continue marketing.

You do not need to wait for a deletion request to stop messages. Use the unsubscribe method in an email, reply to the sender, or send an explicit WhatsApp stop command such as STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE.
